Q1: Are you manufacturer or trading company ?
We are professional manufacturer for more than 10 years in furniture industry.
Q2. What's the scale of your factory?
Our factory occupies a total area of 150000 square meters with over 200 staff.
Q3. What are your main products?
Including office partition, benching workstation, executive desk, conference table, adjustable desk, filing cabinet, coffee table, seatings and so on.
Q4. Can I choose the color?
Yes. We have kinds of colors for different materials such as fabric, melamine, aluminum
Q5. Can I change the size of product?
We have standard size for all products. But we can also customize sizes to meet your exact requirements.

Q6: Can you customized for us ?
OEM service is welcomed, We have over 10 professional designers and engineers to ensure our OEM service efficient
Q7. What’s your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
NO MOQ
Q8. Can I buy some samples before the orders?
Yes, sample service available. And sample cost would be re-funded in later bulk order.
Q9. What’s your payment term?
30% deposit in advance + 70% balance, Through T/T. And of course for bonded business partners, we can study offering payment creditble. And sample cost would be re-funded in later bulk order.
Q10. Whats your normal production lead time?
Depends on order qty, but 2-3 week is enough for 400-500 seats open benching workstations, while 3-4 weeks for cubicle workstations’ job
Q11. Can you give warranty of your products?
Yes, our warranty is 5 years, we are proud of our quality and service ourselves.
Q12. Does your material are environment-friendly?
100% sure, All panels are E1 grade with verified certificate, also with ISO90001&ISO14001.
Q13. Can you design the furniture for us ?
Yes ,Our designs can make the floor plan for you if you send us the CAD ,and suitable furntiure proposal would be offered by our teams as well. CAD/layout drawing is supported. AND THS IS FREE SERVICE!
Q14. How can we assembly the furniture by ourselves ?
Assemblying Manual/guilding video will be offered before delivery. on-site instruction is acceptable.
Q15. Can you consolidate my different cargos from different factory in your container?
Yes, and the warehousing in a short period of handling is FREE!
Q16. Can you help to handle the shipping for us?
Yes throughout the business years, we have very close freight forwarders and we know who will be suitable and professional in your area shipping. They can discuss shipping cost and details directly, and this advise is also free!
Q17. How can we be a dealer in our country?
We wish to establish a bonded relationship business, and in that way we can more beneficial support like in samples, payment, leadtime etc. to our dealers.
Q18. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
"Quality is our culture", every single procedure is under strict quality controlling system from raw material to half assembling until finishing products. Each product should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer. And goods inspection is acceptable before shipping.

Q19. What are your market reach throughout the worldwide?
Currently in the north American countries, central America and Caribbean countries, but we are expending too
